Determined to follow God wherever He would lead her, she attended Genesis Bible school in California. After graduating, she joined <em>Youth with A Mission<\/em>, becoming a missionary to Europe. While working in a mission in Austria, she met her husband, Werner. She would settle with him in Austria for the next twenty years, ministering in worship in the local church as well as in the larger Austrian Christian community.<\/p><p>In 1998, they felt called to move back to America so they could attend Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, for further pastoral training. Moving to Ohio, they decided to start Faith Victory Church in their home in Greentown. In the summer of 2020, Pastor Werner went home to be with the Lord.<\/p><p>In 2022, Pastor Charlene took Faith Victory Church out of their home and into the larger Greentown community. Today, Pastor Charlene continues to minister and lead Faith Victory Church with a heart to grow up all believers in the knowledge and fullness of the Lord.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About Our Pastor \u201cI\u2019ll go where You want me to go.
